RICE WATER TONER | Just Be On Top
If you do not practice rice water for toning your face then you probably do not know what you are missing out. The rice water is proving as one of the best natural purifiers and cleansers for the skin without causing side- effects on the skin and skin cells.
It has been and still is used in Japan and is described as one of the best Japanese methods for keeping the skin clean and young. The rice water is loaded with vitamins C, E, and B1, minerals and vitamins that are powerful in curing acnes, skin tags, dark spots, and wrinkles.
Here is the recipe
- 1/2 cup rice
Rinse the rice and clean it from all debris or dirtiness. Then place it in a pot and pour the water. There is not only one exact quantity of water you need water enough to cover the rice. Then let the rice to stay soaked for 20 minutes in order all vitamins and minerals to transfer into the water. After the estimated time, divide the rice from the water, the water is the one ingredient that you will need. The rice can be used for cooking.
Here is how to use the rice water:
As a cleansing water: Rinse your face with the water in order to remove all dirtiness;
As a toner: Apply it on a cotton ball and rub it on your face. Then wash it well with clean water;
The rice water can be stored in the fridge and used for 5 days.
